San Francisco – China Town
China Town was an interesting stroll, but we didn’t stay long.

China Town was an interesting stroll, but we didn’t stay long.
We had a very limited time to visit the Science Museum, so we focused primarily on the Aquarium. We also went up to see the “living roof” and had a meal in the restaurant (not the cafeteria). The food was excellent, probably the best food on the trip, if a little pricey. [...]
Another “must visit” in my opinion. We spent several hours here and it’s central to other locations. Very pretty and nice to visit.
We had a recurring “visit” in San Francisco. Several places we visited were in close proximity and within the territory of this hawk.
No trip to San Francisco is complete without at least seeing the Golden Gate Bridge. We didn’t really have any interest in crossing it, or getting up close, so we chose to do this from Lincoln Park.

This fountain is located on the Embarcadero and is rather controversial. Some people like it, others absolutely hate it. I find it interesting, but agree it’s not exactly pretty.
